Born in Aylesbury, former Learning Mentor at an Aylesbury secondary school Julie lives in Bierton with her husband and daughter. She has a strong track record of working for residents first being elected to the District and then County Council. The former AVDC Cabinet Member for Civic Amenities and a committed community campaigner, Julie was a founding member of an action group to fight the Eastern Arc and continues to work with residents over inappropriate development.
