Aylesbury’s MP, Rob Butler, has welcomed the news that four local organisations have been awarded funding as part of the Government’s Community Organisations Cost of Living Fund (CCLF).
They are:
- Citizens Advice Buckinghamshire, which has received £75,000;
- Age Concern Buckinghamshire, which has received £56,117;
- Aylesbury Homeless Action Group, which has received £37,641;
- and the Sexual Assault and Abuse Support Service Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, which has received £43,760.

“This is excellent news for local organisations that do so much superb work for our community. I’m absolutely delighted that they have been successful in their applications for funding, which will help them support people in Aylesbury and across Buckinghamshire. CCLF provides grants to charities and community organisations delivering critical frontline services, and which are most impacted by increased demand and increased delivery costs. The fund is part of the £101.5 million package of support for charities and community organisations across England announced by the Chancellor in the Spring Budget, and I’m thrilled that organisations in Bucks have been included.”
