At the end of last month Buckinghamshire Council opened a consultation on a proposal to prohibit motor vehicles on Russet Street which runs until 27th May. This is an issue that will impact a large number of residents on Berryfields and we want to encourage as many people as possible to put forward their thoughts, whether for or against, before the deadline passes.
The proposal is to introduce a prohibition the access of motor vehicles on Russet Street, Aylesbury between Gilliflower street, to just before Worcester street. The restrictions are being proposed to create a quieter environment for pedestrian and cyclist users along Russet Street and Worcester Street.
